For a leading companies in the field of residential and industrial heating we are looking for a Sales Manager Emilia Romagna.

Overall Objectives
? management of agencies on the territory in terms of performances, growth, targets
? manage the major strategic accounts across his/her area of responsibility including energy managers present on the area;
? maintain relationships with the key account and for the negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy;
? guarantee the customer satisfaction providing a consistent and cohesive service
? 'chiedi in privato web' specifyers regularly and contribute to capitolati preparation

achieve sales objectives within product range and assigned area
purse sales leads, promote products, conclude orders, arrange internal sales logistics
'chiedi in privato web' dealers to promote goodwill & resolve mutual problems
rebuild the network in the assigned area and follow consistently and regularly the designers and specifiers
mantain agencies network and replace the ones not performing with new agencies and/or direct presence

Basic Requirements
Education Master?s degree in Engineering or secondary school graduation
Languages English
Sector backgrounds such as HVAC, power tools, plumbing, technical appliances
are highly desirable.
